What is Polski Związek Producentów i Dystrybutorów Jelit (PZPiDJ)?

Polski Związek Producentów i Dystrybutorów Jelit (also known as Związek Jeliciarzy) is a Polish association of casings producers and distributors. The association has been active since 1998 and it gathers 21 members. The objectives of the organization are achieved among others by:

representing the interests of the members;
initiating actions due to eliminate barriers in conducting business by employers, including job creation;
leading trainings and assisting by introducing quality management systems like ISO and HACCP.

T&K is a member of Polski Związek Producentów i Dystrybutorów Jelit, which also closely cooperates with the European Natural Sausage Casings Association (ENSCA).
